Enter the email attached to your OWLY account. We’ll send a confirmation link. Clicking the link permanently deletes your profile, journals, mood logs, voice recordings, chat history, and all personal data from our servers.

Active Apple App Store or Google Play subscriptions continue to bill until you cancel them on your device — deletion does not automatically refund.
